Our Philosophy

We craft customized plans for each client, ensuring they complement the architecture, and reflect the client's preferences in color, texture and material size. Each landscape design is unique to your property & tailored to your individual style while taking into consideration environmental conditions & local ecosystems to achieve balance and unity within the landscape.

We believe that every client deserves a one-of-a-kind design, and that no two designs should ever be identical. Whether you're a homeowner looking to refresh your garden, designing a new outdoor living space, planning a new property, or a business owner seeking to revitalize an outdated landscape, we are here to help you create a personalized plan that brings your vision to life.

LANDSCAPE DESIGN PROCESS

Below are the main steps of the landscape design process which is followed for each project.

1. Initial Interview

During the initial meeting, our landscape designer will interview the client to understand the project goals, identify or mitigate any potential issues, and gather the necessary information to create a successful design.

2. Site Analysis

Property surveys are invaluable for developing landscape designs for both small and large projects. After receiving a copy of your survey and inputting it into our design program, we'll arrange a site visit to verify dimensions and/or gather additional site information not included in the survey.

3. Materials      Selection

All material selections, whether plant materials, hardscape elements (like pavers, wall stone, natural stone, etc.), lighting, site furniture, or planters, must consider the unique circumstances of each project site. Choosing the right plant materials is essential in the landscape design process. Client meetings will be utilized to select both man-made and natural materials.

4. Design Development

After completing steps 1, 2, and 3, we produce a conceptual landscape design, which is presented to the client either in person or via Zoom. The client reviews the concept, and any feedback or concerns are considered in developing the final design or masterplan. For each stage of the design process, the client receives a scaled PDF.
